Information Stored Locally on Your Device:

• Session Data: Your wake session history, streak counts, and progress are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
• Preferences: Alarm times, notification settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Session Feedback: Energy level ratings you provide after sessions are stored locally.

Information Collected by Third Parties:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to manage your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple: If you subscribe to WAKE, Apple processes your payment. We do not have access to your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect health or biometric data
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites
• We do not sell any data to third parties

How We Use Information

All data stored locally on your device is used solely to:

• Track your progress and maintain your streak
• Deliver scheduled alarm notifications
• Remember your preferences
• Provide personalized session recommendations based on your history

Data Storage and Security

Your session data and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers. If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

Subscriptions

WAKE offers subscription plans managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

WAKE is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Effective Date" above.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling WAKE
• Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings
• Manage your subscription through the App Store
